SPACE RENTAL
We offer artists and community members FREE RENTAL SPACE BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND STAFF CAPACITY. We do this to eliminate cost barriers for Black artists, educators, entrepreneurs, and community members. If one or more of our spaces interests you, fill out our intake form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to see if and how we can support you. Intakes are read on a first come, first serve.

The black-plum velvet seat theater boasts beautiful acoustical sound. It is the perfect setting for performances, including plays and films, conferences, and weddings.

Although attached to the Grand Hall, the Kitchen is a separate room that must be reserved if you want to use it. Comes with gas stoves, a microwave, a washing sink, dishwashing sinks, a drying rack, a refrigerator, and a freezer.

A unique venue boasting sprung dance studio floors, it is ideal for professional dance rehearsals, performances, cocktail parties, wedding ceremonies, or luncheons.
Grand Hall
This space can be used for smaller gatherings, rehearsals, classes, workshops, dressing rooms, etc. It is located on the first floor just across from the Grand Hall.
